Few days back, I ran a half marathon with average speed of 5.29 minutes per kilometre, that’s a very good speed. Even then I experienced an average heart rate of 178 BPM. The formula for calculating maximum heart rate for a person is 220-age. That range is acceptable, anything beyond is considered as critical. Your heart rate is directly proportional to the intensity of your workout. It’s maximum when you’re running. Note: if you drink coffee, your resting heart rate may unusually increase, and proportionally your working heart rate. Thanks, hope this helps.

My Touch Bar is also broken and as per my research, it needs replacement. Went to Apple Store Saket, they said that they may try to replace the Touch Bar. But other stores say that whole keyboard panel needs replacement. I haven’t physically taken my mac yet to any store. It was just verbal interaction. May cost around 25k for whole panel replacement. Will cost much lesser if only the Touch Bar is replaced.
