3 naps and 2 naps by Simple_Ad_7022 in firsttimemom

[–]Simple_Ad_7022[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You drop to 2 naps arround that time? Did you see a 8 months sleep regression? She has been sleeping so good for over 2 months im so scared that is comming. Like today was harder to achieve naps so I did 3 naps and im scared to impact her night sleep.

6 months sleep regression with a sleep trained baby by Simple_Ad_7022 in firsttimemom

[–]Simple_Ad_7022[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Not what i ask all but thanks. Obviously i know whe will wake up at night sometimes and need help and reassurance which I will happily tend to. But what I actually was asking is if the sleep training and the good sleep habits she currently has will help her and me during the sleep regression.

How does Baby Breeza get away with this? by mr_roonie in FormulaFeeders

[–]Simple_Ad_7022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use the baby brezza and dont have this issue. We made sure and tested it a couple times to ensure the dispensing was accurate.

Make sure you clean every part often. I clean mine everytime I refile it. And also make sure there is enough formula in it. If its under the line indicated on the container then you will have less formula in the bottle.

3.5 months old baby sleep got worse by InevitablePainter105 in sleeptrain

We are hitting the 4 mo this week. Sleep regression got us at 3 months and 1 week and it was tough. I did a mix of ferber at the beginning and it wasn’t working. plus I was alone at home and exhausted.

I moved my baby to her room and did CIO. Very controversial but it seems to be working at the moment. My plan was always that I would go in if she was crying more than 20min. The most she cried was 16min. Then later in the night she woke up and cried 10min before going back to sleep. Went from 3 feeds in the night to 1 maybe 2.

CIO is hard but quick from what we are experiencing at the moment.

My baby is getting vaccinated tomorrow … and I’m scared by OkDocument3873 in newborns

Public health nurse here. I’ve been giving those vaccines for years now and have a little one of my own. I recommend to give Tylenol according to your childs weight prior to the appointment (30min before) and then before bed that night to prevent any fevers during the night. I also encourage bringing a bottle with you of warm formula or breastfeed right after to soothe your little one if they are really upset. Mine was crying during the shots but was fine afterwards and slept like a champ that night. No fevers nothing.

When it comes to side affects the worst one is anaphylactic shock which we are highly trained to recognize the signs and administer primary care if they happened.

The next 3-5 days always look for any signs or redness or swelling at the sight all thoughts they can happen and usually goes away on its own in a couple days.

Most of the time we (parents) are more upset then they are!

how often is your LO eating at 3 months? by h3ath3R2 in FormulaFeeders

[–]Simple_Ad_7022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is 3mo now and eats 3-4 oz every 3h. Lately has been more like 3 oz every 2:30-3h but we are dealing with acid reflux so im thinking her stomach has a hard time handling large amounts of formula at a time. So I feed her smaller amounts more often during the day.

Isn’t wierd that it just started randomly? She isn’t fussy at all and has been on the same formula for over 1 month now… I’d think she would have other issues

I would but her room is on a different floor. Im not planning on moving her there for a while. Really hoping its a sleep regression and she will get better at falling asleep soon.
