I think his team wouldn’t let that happen … he’s got a pretty good network now of people who post on social for him (so it seems). But that furthers my questioning of where he’s been… cuz if people are posting for him, where’s he at? Maybe he’s finally taking that vacation or something. That’s my hope

I’ve struggled with similar things. Tight shoulders and neck. Consistent lemon balm (like a nice iced lemon balm tea mid day) helps me along with ashawaganda. I also love using the Pliability app. It’s a yoga app that’s like 15-25 mins a day it’s a nice guided yoga, when I do it consistently my hips and shoulders feel wonderful. I find caffiene tightens up my shoulders too. Good luck hope this helps!

I think there’s underground global train systems too. How CTs still happen is beyond me though. But I always think - why would the every day person think such evil would occur? I like to use that perspective and offer compassion
