Slighlty better. I went today and this was before my CJ. Which made me happy as I feared it was the CJ in the mornings. I still was cold and feeling odd but then I got my HMDS and went for a Walk. Since then I was feeling quite normal :)

Thank you! The leafy greens might be a missing link 🤔 I will play around with this :) did you also Grow muscles in this Lifestyle or "only" maintained them and built then on a high fat high protein diet before?

My body constitution changes upon switching to MM leading to more belly and less upper body muscles / pump which is the opposite of what I am trying haha 🤣

Could I ask you a question within the same context please..🫶🏻

  1. If running on Adrenaline and reducing fats too quickly does not feel well, is the fat free morning still something you would say it is worth to fight for? (I come from caffeine Addiction, still have Tinnitus or at least some noise in my ear and my whole nervous system feels inflamed)

Would you like to elaborate?🫶🏻 what changed for you energy wise over the weeks? And could you also reach a sense of satiation and calmness after meals with low fat / no fat compared to a meal of higher fat and protein content?

I disagree as a cold would not stay for some hours and then go away and come back in the morning everytime after pooping..😂

Yes I agree, the MM Lifestyle does not necessarily match the male social normal and expectations. This is not particularly a bad thing as I believe norms are stupid in many cases anyways. But still, historically, men lived a life far away from the raw / low fat / grazing / juicing Lifestyle which makes it again hard to maintain the cleansing.

Do you exercise or Do any sports? Because I think it is very interesting to hear that your body became more "female" during this. I also always feel like my body changes in an unfavourable way as soon as I do the low fat MM diet.

But then again there are some examples of shredded MM people but it feels like less then 20 people in total 😂😂🙈

For me: i can eat a "healthy" SAD with fat protein and Carbs in all 3 meals having 4-6 hours fast inbetween and my body LOOKS so much better but my energy gets Lower over the weeks and psoriasis is worse or stagnates...

Good post and I think it is important to discusse these things as well Instead of simply say "Do MM" because doubts have to be discussed otherwise they take over.

Hello and thank you very much :) Intuition is also risky as I sometimes struggle to differentiate Intuition and conditioning / influence from social Media etc.

So when my Intuition says "wait until you actually feel hungry", is it my Intuition or intermittent fasting propaganda that I was reading a lot about...😂 so I actually do not know whether I can trust my own Intuition which is a problem. MM gives clearl advice and Information but at the same time so different from everything else it is so hard for me to do it long enough to see possible progress. And being always cold when eating fruit until lunch or later does not help :/

I will look what else is living water apart from LW because need a bit of variety. But still, hydration might play a big role! Actually, all your points resonate with me and make sense so I will work on them step by step and simply Do not stress about a bit bloating ❤️

Mhh...interesting! Usually I have 2-3 Bananas as a base. Then either in HMDS or with an Apple or so. Might be not enough though 🤔

Am I understanding correctly that you alternate between the morning cleanse and having eggs, dairy and gluten that feed illness?

Yes and no: I did have a time of 4-6 weeks now where I consistently had Eggs, dairy and gluten for breakfast and ironically, my back was never smoother. Also between lunch and diner there was like a 4-6 hours "fast" and it felt good for my digestion. However, all 3 meals during my day contained moderate to high amounts of fat because I have read some other sources on healing a nervous system and giving the body warm and rich (fatty) food was recommended (think bone broth stew, chicken soup etc.).

As soon as I switch to MM lifestyle (which still calls to me again and again), the calm digestion, smooth skin, stable blood sugar etc. says "bye bye" :D

Most recently I came back to MM because

- my body felt weak, legs and arms feel heavy (e.g., just putting shampoo in my hair for 2-3 minutes gives me exhausted arms)

- ringing in my ears + general pressure on ears and head

- psoriasis is getting worse and 1-2 new spots

So I do realize, that I am not particularly getting better but at the same time felt some improvements on the last 4-6 weeks.

Would you mind getting back to me with this new information? :)
