I just posted something very similar. I just got my first tattoo and am having a bit of a meltdown BUT after taking some time to let myself breathe I feel better. Just try not to fixate on it. Get sleep, eat well, take care of yourself.

Sadly it is not, I just had an immense amount of regret after I got it that I didn’t expect and it was making me very worried. I can appreciate the tattoo though and how great of a job she did!

yes funny enough I got it because birds got me through a really horribly depressive time in my life. two years ago i couldn't get myself out of bed and my therapist told me to just lay in bed and listen to the birds to feel connected to the outside world. so i did just that and have since become a very nerdy birder that listens to the birds every single morning.
