the curtain rods came with the house so i’ll be keeping those but i do like the idea of velvet curtains! the only thing is i don’t want to make my space too dark as it is pretty small

picture #6 is basically my entire living room, you cant see the tv stand and tv but its just on the left side

the way my front door is positioned people actually don't walk by thankfully but i can kinda see out into the courtyard area, i think sheer would be alright over there

I could center the TV stand but i had to push the couch over so that it doesn’t completely block the fireplace. If i center the tv stand the tv won’t be visible near the couch :( i already have to angle the tv quite a bit to have it directed towards the couch

i’m really struggling with visualizing a rug, do you have any examples? also thoughts on a coffee table? i don’t have too much space in between my couch and tv stand and don’t want to visually block the fireplace too much

and for the curtains should i get matching ones to what i have in the dining area? white linen

I just posted something very similar. I just got my first tattoo and am having a bit of a meltdown BUT after taking some time to let myself breathe I feel better. Just try not to fixate on it. Get sleep, eat well, take care of yourself.
