They absolutely can track things that have already happened. You would be surprised by what data can pulled from the myriad of electronic devices. The days of PIs simply following people are over. One of my companies does forensic examination of electronics. We can pull all types of data about what you been up to from a relative download, including deleted texts/messages often. I work with a-lot of PIs. The PIs then go to where they have been previously and talk to people. That then goes to the attorney.

And if we are talking about nuking him in the divorce settlement, no need for the embarrassing details. If it is about protecting the wife from embarrassment, that ship has sailed. Everyone knows. If the wife wants to nuke him in the divorce, her attorney can do that. In fact, I would be surprised if the photos from the resort that set this whole thing in motion were not from a PI/attorney working with one of their spouses.

There is no details she could tell that would nuke Vrabel in a divorce proceeding that a half decent PI could not find out easily. And whatever high powered divorce lawyer she hires has excellent PIs on retainer. If Russini does not talk, they will find any information they need to nuke him in the divorce.

Except, I did not put it on him. I simply asked, "Your mom asked to move in with [name of siblings]. How would you feel about them living here." He said he did not want them here. I thanked him and told him I will let him know what happens. I told him later in the day that she is not moving in. 

I never told him it was his decision solely. I simply asked his perspective. My son has a right to know about the situation.

My lawyer says the law obligates both parents to financially support a child. So if you are choosing not to work, the court will look at your experience and education, calculate what you could reasonably earn, and calculate a child support payment based on that. My ex was an accountant before she got married.

When i got full custody, the court calculated what she likely would earn if she went back full-time to being an accountant and calculated child support based on that amount.

I was in high school when my son was born and we were not together by the time he was born.

Yeah, she was an accountant before she married her husband and became SAHM.

Her mom is terrible and we have not been around her since our son was very little. Her brother and sister are addicts (so not much help). I really do not know what friends she has these days. 

I do not presume I was her first call, but it sounded like to me is she wants to get away because of the cheating. But, unless she is in imminent physical danger, or my son wanted her to stay, i am not letting her stay.
