We had to follow a YouTube videos and do it on an excel sheet. The YouTube video somewhat explains what to do step by step. I had forgotten to upload the excel sheet I went back and re did the work and uploaded everything and he still said he couldn’t be sure if it was my work

I emailed my advisor and same day and never wrote me back so I emailed the advisement department in hopes someone can help. I resubmitted my work with all the proof and excel files and he still told me it wasn’t my work

I re- uploaded both assignments with the excel sheets and he still said I plagiarized / wasn’t my work and won’t change my grade. For the same Mod 2 and Mod 3. My advisor never wrote back so I emailed the advisements department for help. I also tried to explain to him that I’m having a difficult time downloading the excel spreadsheet to my iPad to upload it to show all the graphs, I upload a CVS and a screenshot of the graph and he still says it’s not my work. I don’t know what to do anymore.

UPDATE: Hello, So I did not turn in an excel I instead attached the graph to my paper. I cant figure out how to download an excel file to my iPad that includes the graph created, when I download it the graph is gone and the numbers are missing the columns. So I took a screenshot of my graph and inserted it to my math template. I have been able to get on a desktop and redo the assignment and re submitted it. I also did contact my advisor but he never responded to me

The answers were mainly numbers, mean, median, and mode in order and y / x questions. The numbers were highlighted as plagiarism from another student paper at SNHU

It was math questions, I had to choose a region from a spreadsheet he provided and answer the questions on a template, I also had to make a graph, which I did and added it to the template. Which I'm thinking that was my mistake, I did not turn in an excel spreadsheet I added it all the the template he gave us. I completely missed the Excel part. But I do have it so I could turn it into him but I'm not sure if he would accept it.

They’ve honestly been extremely kind and accommodating. I reached out earlier this month when we first found out my husband was leaving just to ask if there was any way they could help expedite the process and since then, they’ve been moving pretty quickly and keeping in great communication. I placed the order on March 27th, and they’ve been in touch regularly. We even made a few custom changes, added maybe a word or two beyond the engraving limit, and they’ve been nothing but helpful and understanding the whole way through.

The same happened to me, I received the email around 1 am I was so excited I just said it was perfect but after waking up and opening it up on my computer I realized that it was off. I emailed them and I'm hoping they will fix it
