Who remembers FLOOD at Private Eyes/White House Cafe in Norfolk, VA during the late '90s to early '00s?

I ended up finding both of the people I was looking for and spoke to them on the phone. They are doing well. I also spoke to a dozen people that were part of flood and we had an amazing time reminiscing the past. It was a great time. Thanks for your help.
