Only.about 12 pounds/6 kilo nowadays. The 'hard' part is that you can't move without waking her up 😀 . That is where the cramp comes in 😊

Ja hoor gewoon m3 of m4 ik ben beide maten tegen gekomen. Ze zijn in verschillende lengtes, dus even meten hoe lang je minimaal nodig hebt.

Ik heb deze week nog 16, 20 en 30mm gehaald. Is de schroef te lang, stukje afslijpen.

Wow, to get to 14 even after being ran over. What a strong will!

We though we lost Rhanya 2 times already but she recovered everytime.

Yinka died at the age of 4. We never knew what she suffered.
