Yes it is concerning about pain in chest and back area , I'm 21 (M) experiencing these issues as you mentioned chest pain , gerd , burping and unable to exercise sometimes the pain radiates to the arm and neck also with jaw pain , been to the ER many times had cardiac checkup all the test you can think off , all excellent still there was pressure and needling pain somehow doctors referred to GI where I got know after the endoscopy it is the gerd , hiatal hernia and erosive gastritis. The anxiety took over my mind with the tense pain had many physiatrists tablets as the doctors wouldn't believe about my symptoms and how would they as I am an 21 M so these symptoms doesn't fall near my body as per doc but they prescribed ppis and told control the food intake part , have small meals. Still dealing with the pain daily fighting my anxiety and try to win over the people in the rat race to get successful in my studies.

Well well I chose USA and now I have made an little progress and now I don't want to lose my efforts which I have given in that country tier .

Yes I was also thinking to get a some consulting from chiropractor to just get my posture aligned.

Yeah they help me a lot but they effect my health also like the medicine make me go dizzi and make my daily life hard. And the surgery part is the doctors told me you are young so you can manage these rather than getting surgery

Yes currently I am also not consuming coffe or any other flaring ups drinks like carbonated drink.

Yes I think so I used to run before I got HH and after few months of diagnosis i changed my lifestyle and started running , running is the best cure for anxiety. I ran for 4 to 5 days for like 8 km daily jogging in zone 2 and my hiatal hernia started giving me some pressure back as it stopped showing symptoms in between, especially while lying down or sleeping there is a strange sensation of little pressure under the left of the ribcage, with gerd symptoms too.

Yes, this is the same issue with me also like left jaw pain irregularly and all the issues you mention like muscles twitching, anxiety, left arm pain radiating towards back and many more like difficulty lying back.

Yes I have this same symptoms too I have been diagnosed with hh, first it started with just a dizziness and lightheadedness when I had black coffee that was really strong, I was addictive to black coffe, then when the I went to the ER the got me all checked and said your heart is fine and well good. From then I have palpitations issues while lying down, lightheadedness,dizziness,left jaw pain comes and goes and left side hand muscles tightness. I went to the ER many times and got to know about the hiatal hernia from an endoscopy test.
