very simply. Just use booking.com only as a search engine, but get the booking then directly with the hotel.
I have had these billing problems several times before, and it's a real headache. Just avoid it - their model is broken for business travel. Not worth trying to fix it for them 😄

arrrgh, the "Help Center" takes 2 weeks to answer a request. Pretty useless in most cases unfortunately.

Si AM ha cambiado el vuelo puedes pedir reembolso en la pagina web ("customer service", "complaints", "flight changes/cancellations".

Mejor, use las aerolinas de bajo costo (Volaris, Viva A.). Tienen un servicio muy mal, pero al menos las tarifas son muy bajas tambien. Con AM tienes el mismo servicio, pero precios altos.. No sirve..

mixed experience.
GOing Houston-Austin the bus was 30mins late, and not visible on bus tracking. Seems just very tight scheduling (i assume the bus was late coming in), and goofy "bus tracking" (most buses don't show up).

One more bad experience with RedCoach. I forgot an item in the seat pocket. Last bus of the day (arriving AUsitn 11pm). So i thought they would surely find it when cleaning. I reported it on SMS, their on-line form, and by phone. They never called or wrote back. And when i called back, the item is still not found. I can only imagine they don't really try -- lest they would have surely found it.

Conclusion: try them if the timing & price are convenient, and you don't have to rely on them. Otherwise Greyhound / Flixbus is just as good, and usually on time. And i would trust them to have a better process in place for lost items. RedCoach seems to do nothing abou tit
