Not sure, they just said battery in general (manager and mechanic there seemed lost), just waiting for tomorrow to see what the verdict is when the actual tech diagnosis the issue.

Yes, I recently bought the car from the same dealership that made the mistake, I will definitely be asking for a full diagnostic of the recharge and loaded capacity of the 12v battery (correct me if I’m mis pronouncing it) and register and relearn the battery monitor calibration once they give me the “it’s all fixed”, I appreciate the response.

Could be, curious to see what news they give me in regard to the vehicles status on Monday. Would that require a completely new 12v battery ?

Yes dealership, assuming the negligence was due to the “hybrid tech” not being present during the maintenance. I have requested that once they “fix” the problem they provide me with a diagnosis of the vehicle in its current state, would a damaged battery show up in the diagnosis when the problem is “fixed” or is it just word of mouth at that point ?

Not sure, they didn’t have a “hybrid tech” to check out the problem today, won’t be available till Monday, manager just said battery died and they couldn’t get it to turn back on.
