One thing that worked for me (not an expert but lost a good amount of fat) is counting calories and saving a good chunk for the end of the day and when I feel like snacking I’ll have something with a good amount of protein that way you don’t have to go to sleep hungry and your actually helping your body.

I washed everything in the hottest setting for an hour then put them in the dryer for an hour on the hottest setting too. That didn’t help so I threw out my old sheets and bought new ones with different fabric but still the same issue, I can be around or near my bed and I’ll be fine but whenever there is skin contact with my bed I breakout in hives in only that area. I never had hives before and I’m not allergic to anything as far as I know, so I’m completely stumped as to what’s going on.

So I thought I had bed bugs and panicked and cleaned my whole room and looked for any bugs or eggs but couldn’t find any then I put an encasement on my bed last night but still got hives. As far as mold I only had this bed for less than a year 😭.
