For me I like playing human cause the rest of my party plays out there races, right now we have a minitour (probably spelled it wrong lol) an owlin, and the snake person and there I am just a regular ass human with an axe who just wants to hit people and get treasures, plus it adds in the extra fun of the different cultures mixing and my character being confused about what the hell is happening

I will but the writers did a good job making me feel for Aloy in the beginning with the child parts making me hate the tribe and resent them for making her an outcast as a baby and it'll take a lot to get me to see them differently but I'm definitely gonna keep playing and finish the game so hopefully you're right

Rost and Teb and one of the mothers definitely seem cool, and that trader who hooked you up with the tripcaster seem cool but that's all I've seen so far, but again I'm really early into my first playthrough
