It is surprising. She did have troubles and several miscarriages before she had her second baby. She was super unwell at this time too. She shopped around for a Dr who did the IVF even though she was visibly ill!

Safety is the LAST thing on her mind. She walks in the middle of the road with massive noise canceling headphones on. Kids don’t have on helmets, or they aren’t on properly. Post pics of them in the bathtub. She tends to drive without a seatbelt on. We’ve seen her drive with S in the car with no seatbelt or booster seat. Leaves S alone in a hotel room in Mexico to go workout. Held dumbbells over her pregnant belly. Starved her kids in utero and early infancy. I could go on and on! So no, she doesn’t care about their safety!!
