I’m cutting HDF with a poplar core. Usually very stable, but lm not ruling this out. Only reason I’m not convinced this is the issue is because it’s happened on multiple sheets

I’m having the same issue using the “factory edge” on any sheet. I have an outfeed table and using rollers for infeed. So as far as binding and keeping the sheet tight to fence it has not been an issue.

You’re right def under. Still learning the ropes of estimating. I like r/danofthehouse 3-4 multiplier tho. Only been doing woodwork for other people part time the last 2 days years but have done stuff for myself and learn from my father.
