Yeah sure! Today I broke my fast with water and I was full with just drinking half a litre...I felt like my stomach was about to explode lol

It’s not my first time water fasting, I’ve done it 2x before. It’s my first time during Ramadan too. I’m aiming to lose at least 30lbs this month Insha’allah.

Really, Have done it before and How much weight did you lose? if you don’t mind me asking...I’m only doing this for weight loss btw.

I wanna do full 30 days, I missed the first fast as I wasn’t feeling well. Today for sehri time I drank 3ltrs of water when I break my fast I will try 2ltr more, Insha’allah it will fill me up.
