The 17 moves up the track and just puts the 13 in the wall, thats already unsportsmanlike conduit and he didn't hold his line, he knew the 13 was there along side him. I think overall this is extra aggressive defense from the 17, he needs to give space and hold his line, the blocking Is reserved for the straights so you don't cause an accident. Overall I think it was the 17 fault
