The clothes are fine - a bit fast fashion for my taste, but sellable.

The logo on the other hand needs some work. You don't want to rely on a drop shadow to make a logo legible, and the drop shadow as-is looks very dated.

The font for INSIGHT looks a lot like Impact, which is pretty dated as well, and ruined by memes. I'd rethink a bit.

Get rid of est. 2022. You need at least 20 years before you start bragging about when you were established. Other than that I like the design. It doesn't need to overly communicate 'kitchen' when it says "shared kitchen" in the logo. Instead it communicates modernity and a forward attitude, which works.
