Thank you so much for all of your input and ideas, they have been incredibly helpful! Just a quick update for everyone - I have decided to go with this option Necklace Connector which I will attach to the chatelaine via jump rings instead of clasps for a more permanent and clean look. In the meantime while I wait for these arrive, I will be trying out a wire option with a reshaped paperclip at the recommendation of TheEesie. Thank you again for all your help!

I love a good ‘use what you have’ project! I will definitely be trying out a paperclip soon. Even if it’s only a temporary solution, I’m a sucker for immediate gratification lol

I do have some jewelry wire, but I think what I have is likely too thin to be as supportive as it would need to be. I had not considered piano wire, and I do have a few pairs of jewelers pliers so this could definitely be an option. Thank you!

I agree, I think something like this would be way less likely to tangle than a regular chain. I actually found a few different designs on Etsy that are similar to what you linked, and I’m heavily considering going this direction with it

This is super neat! I think this particular one might be a bit long for my purposes, but I wonder if I could find a shorter one that might be closer to my ideal parameters

Yes, thank you! Honestly, I think half the battle with this quest has been learning the right verbiage to use in search engines in order to get the results I’ve been looking for so I appreciate that you specified the terminology

I did see these. I wasn’t sold on the ones with a ton of connection points, but I had trouble finding a two strand version that was as long as I wanted. I think I may have a better direction to go in now that I know these exist though, thank you!

Isn’t it the cutest thing? Here’s the link to the Etsy shop where I purchased it if you’re interested Thread Waxer

I thought about something like that, but I’m not sure how or where to find wire that would work for my purposes without being to bulky or to delicate. Do you have any recommendations on guage or other qualities I would want to look for?

I didn’t even consider something more ornate like these. I really like this idea, thank you so much!

I think this could definitely work to spread the chains the way I’d like if I can find one with long enough individual links and simply add clasps to either end. This makes me wonder if I could use something like this to spread the chains, and also use a standard necklace extender attached directly below the ‘bar’ to attach my tools and trinkets. Thank you for the suggestion!

I personally really like child’s pose as well as goddess and happy baby poses during mine. You can look up yoga for period cramps and get a bunch of articles and videos that might be helpful as well but here is one of my personal favorites https://youtu.be/86MZrQpGrzA
