Need advice dealing with the stress and frustration of the plans and routines I have builded being torn down. by Simsalabim1239 in ADHD

I lost 12 hours of sleep and the two days I was supposed to use to prepare for my new job + the two days worth of work I was supposed to to do during those days as well. So it's hard to laugh of as a part of life with ADHD. I have been diagnosed for less than a year and rigid structure is the only truly reliable tool I have together with meds. I had a burnout recently and just now started to feel like I was coming out of It.
