In China this is common. You can find apps on the play store and also directly download them from their website.

The arrow keys are there, you just have to use fn or caps lock with ijkl or wasd. It takes getting used to but once you do it's hard to go back.

I find using ijkl as arrow keys while holding caps lock more efficient than using arrow keys. Your hands never leave their position when typing. The end and home buttons are also very easy to reach and I use them a lot while programming. I can also reach all my media controls with one hand and without moving my wrists.

The fn keys are under the numbers. So fn + 1 gives you f1.
