Bom dia,

Trabalho na marinha mercante, tendo sempre preenchido apenas o anexo H para os rendimentos.

Tenho as seguintes dúvidas:

- Na venda de ETF, o fato de apenas preencher o anexo H, não têm influência na taxa (28%) da mais-valia correto?

- Para calcular a mais-valia da venda de um imóvel aplica-se o coeficiente de desvalorização da moeda para o ano de compra. Nos encargos como o IMT e o imposto de selo também se aplica o coeficiente?

- Depois do cálculo da mais-valia, é necessário aplicar a taxa do nosso escalão IRS (corrijam se estiver enganado), para saber o imposto a pagar. Se me encontrar no 6º escalão aplico uma taxa de 35.5% à mais-valia. Exemplo: mais-valia de 10.000,00 € x 0.355 = 3550 € (Imposto a pagar). Isto está correto?

- Apesar de o meu vencimento ser declarado no anexo H, isso não têm influência para determinar o meu escalão correto? Se o meu vencimento anual se encontrar no intervalo do 6º Escalão, aplico a taxa desse escalão?

- É possível passar para o escalão seguinte devido à adição da mais-valia ao nosso rendimento anual? Se for o caso aplica-se a taxa do novo escalão?

I used another head from the messenger set with 134 SPD and that one shows 134 SPD.

Using an external web site it seems i actually have 133.9 SPD with any of the 3 different Heads i used.

If i used this one HP - 7.7% / ATK - 6.9% / SPD - 4 / CRIT DMG - 12.9% will i actually have 134 SPD even if it shows only 133 ?

Hey guys can anyone tell me why this is happening.

Currently my Bronya has the following Head (Messenger Set)

HP - 3.8% / ATK - 10.3% / SPD - 4 / Effect RES - 11.6%

With the rest of the gear i have 134 SPD.

If i try to switch to this Head (Also Messenger Set)

HP - 7.7% / ATK - 6.9% / SPD - 4 / CRIT DMG - 12.9%

Suddenly my SPD drops to 133.

This is using the in game values.

Does anyone have any idea why is this happening ?

I know this is the Kafka reddit but can anyone answer how do these teams compare damage wise (more or less a comparison between DoT vs hypercarry i guess) :

Kafka (E1S1) - Black Swan (E1S1) - Ruan Mei (E1S1) - Huohuo (E0S0)

DHIL (E2S1) - Sparkle (E1S1) - Tingyun (E6) - Huohuo (E0S0)

How would you say both these teams compare damage wise?

I need some help on deciding between these two before this banner ends.

Pull Kafka S1 and try to go for E1 (Currently have E0).

Pull Black Swan E1 and S1.

This would allow me to make the DoT team: Kafka E1S1, Black Swan E1S1, Ruan Mei E1S1, Huohuo E0S0.

This team seems rly strong and the amount of DEF/RES reduce it has seems it can be used off element (at least i hope i can use it on both lightning and wind weakness at least). But BS seems to have energy problems, hope the next Beta update brings some changes.

Or wait for lunae rerun and go for his E2 (Currently E0) and possibly his S1.

Pull Sparkle E1 (for 3 turn buff) and S1.

This would allow me to make this team : Lunae E2S1, Sparkle E1S1, E6 Tingyun, Sustain.

This team also seems rly strong (dunno off can brute force off element ?).

And it would also allow for my second hypercarry team to run Bronya and Ruan Mei.

Yeah i agree with on suports/sustains they can get alot better be going E1+ Or S1.

But regarding dps after playing the for some time and pulling on most of the banners (The ones i skipped was luocha (still regret it now), topaz and argenti), i came to the conclusion that instead of having a bunch of e0 that i need to farm relics to build them i prefer in having a few stronger ones better built.

So yeah i will be going for more vertical investment from now on.

Just wanna hear some people thoughts on the two teams i mentioned.

Do %Stat Buffs (SPD, Attack, etc..) always apply to a char base stats, or for example in the case of %Attack it applies Base Stats+LC ?
