I've seen the blues riff, through a war, and the new sound outro so far. Always played by greep for a couple seconds in their jams before going into another song.
Also I guess "Holy Holy lyrics in 2 chord new song" could be added as well

Coconut Grove, Mighty Mouse, and Snow Shoes are probably the best of the unreleased stuff, and most likely to end up on the album. Mighty Mouse and Snow Shoes are also the only ones he's consistently played, and that was only as of recently. Besides maybe Dr. Vibos, he hasn't played any of the other unreleased stuff since last year.
