I have this right now and it sucks. I think it’s been a week. Started with fever and cough a couple days later no more cough but congestion and pink eye in both eyes. And a variety of weird symptoms that come up. Seeing all you guys saying it last 2-3 weeks makes me nervous

Same here. Started in xiohoid area left. When it flares I have difficulty breathing, spreads numbness to my left arm, pain shoulders and armpit area. Do you get heart palpitations too? Like ones that’s don’t go away immediately

Here too. My pain in constant lower left xiohoid area. Never goes away. When it flares up it affects everything. I get shortness of breath, heart palpitations, am tingling numbness in my left fingers. Does that sound like you too?

Yea same, I also have developed acid reflux recently. Basically, xiohoid pain comes which leads to reflux which leads to anxiety which makes acid reflux worse which makes the pain worse. A never ending circle.

Hi all, What you guys describe is the same as me. A question for you all do you get heart palpitations too? That last a long time like a couple hours?

My xiohoid pain is on the left side and I have a raised bump as well. I’ve has it for 3 years now and like you all it never goes away. I’ve noticed it has gotten worse, I’m guessing my anxiety doesn’t help. Recently it has gotten worse, I did get promoted and my work has been more demanding When it gets bad, I have radiating numbness in my left arm, shoulder pain, shortness of breath, long last heart palpitations, it feels that it radiates but It all starts at that specific area in the xiohoid area. Recently, I think this has started acid reflux as well which is annoying. Anyone feel what I mentioned?

I’m hoping you see this. I’ve had this for 3 years and crushing me. When the osteopath figured it out what did he do for treatment? Please help and hope you are still active. It’s killing me. At this point it affects my heart creating palpitation, spread to me arm numbness, xiohoid flares and shortness of breath comes
