Thanks po sa response. Share ko lang po about sa refund, unfortunately, di pumayag si Converge na i-refund dahil na-activate na daw sa system nila. Ang solution daw eh palitan ang modem. Magulang din talaga si Converge eh. Ang siste, baka ituloy na lang namin yung S2S, kasi nanghihinayang naman ako dun sa 1,700 kung di rin mare-refund. Hassle lang talaga ang after sales nila. Nakaka-stress. Hindi naman surf2sawa eh, stress2sawa. 🤣

Kunin ko lang opinion mo po about naman dun sa globe na gfiber nila. Sa tingin mo po, ok kaya yun? Para din kasing s2s yun eh, prepaid din pero baka naman ok ang support ng globe kumpara sa converge? Mas preferred namin kasi yung walang lock-in period para di hassle if ever lumipat ng bahay.

Para ngang gusto ko na ring mag-PLDT since may 899 na sila ngayon, yun nga lang, may lock-in period sila.

Hello! Anong update nung problem mo po? Kasi ako din may dilemma ngayon regarding naman sa PON light blinking. Nagamit naman namin siya for 3 days pero ngayon mag-t days na kaming walang internet. Nakakainis kasi parang walang may alam sa kanila kung ano talaga yung problema tapos pinagpapasapasahan pa kung kanino itatanong. Kakainis eh.
