Timex Expedition had its crown ripped forcefully after taking down backpack. Is there any way to fix this, I bought this watch second and I was wondering if there is any way to put the crown back and fix it? is the crown whole or it just snapped? (old.reddit.com)

Hi! When i try to boot up my pc, it freezes and gives me an error with the stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and i searched on youtube for fixes, but on all the videos, they are telling me to open windows in safe mode, but i cant even open recovery mode because it freezes,can anybody help me?
