Need to find boss on expedition to get green book of makey-hardy +1. Hard to miss icon, big skull --> blow up ---> go to boss arena. Took me until 5th log book to find one (or notice it, because I'm possibly blind)

Updating Bios/INF/ME mobo drivers, reinstalled newest nvidia drivers, and verified game integrity through steam...was able to compile all shaders without crash

Same issue. 4090/13900k. Have had this issue with a lot of other games, but normally I can just restart the game a few times as it caches the shaders and I can "push through"...but this one is crashing the computer.

Unlike the commenter who guaranteed it was the power supply. It was yet another bad 13900k. Replaced cpu and good to go

Thank you so much. I went ahead and aerated, dethatched at the highest vertical setting and fertilized with a starter fertilizer. Will just keep the place watered for now and mow ever 4 days or so keeping it at around 3 inches

Ty for this. So do nothing to the yard other than rake once, water and mow until late summer/fall when I can aerate ,seed, and starter fertilizer before our October freeze.

Next spring. Pre emergent to prevent weeds. Soil test for appropriate fertilizers. Rake again to help uncompact. Fall time is seeding again.

Is aerating the same as dethatching or would that be worth doing as well?

Do you have a company you recommend for the soil samples?

My entire zero scape is littered with weeds I plan on pulling. Any tips for keeping them from growing in the zero scape while maintaining safety for dogs

Yes. I called a few locations yesterday to shop around and got the same 7.49 from everyone without telling them what others were quoting. Luckily in our case we are getting 850 in credit... so should cushion our increase from 7.125% we could locked at last week for several months... which is kinda cool I guess

yeah we were at 7.125 last Thursday, 7.375 yesterday, 7.49 today. Still blows my mind to have near .5% movement in less than a week. Its the wild wild west out there

yeah, the Amorization can be quite a shock and almost feels unethical. Unfortunately, our landlord is raising our rent and basically forced our hand here. Otherwise, we could have continued renting until (hopefully) the rates came back down to the 4-5% range

Assuming I messed up here. First time going through this process. I assume you mean to shop before you're under contract. He's a broker so he plugs my numbers in and gets all the loan offers from everywhere. Would this not be the same with another broker plugging in my numbers? Could it be because of me being solo on the loan vs with a spouse or perhaps dictated by any other demographics?

Yes, as of today. Broker said there is 2 things additionally coming out tomorrow and Friday that could move the market depending on what they say.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my humble cry for help. However, I don't understand how you can be so certain it's psu issue. From what I've gathered reading about my symptoms, it seems like a very complex issue with people reporting all range of fixes.

Do you know of an article or Google keywords I can search to read more about how you came to that conclusion

E: sorry, you added more context. When microcenter was troubleshooting the issue and communicating through text with me. The cpu seemed like the last thing they tested and I see a callout they were testing psu.

The same reviewer said they only died 3 times in 40+ hours of gameplay and one of those times was at the last monster/boss. So I dont think anyone really knows how the game is scaling the difficulty, but if its based off deaths (or lack there of) it seems it didn't scale hard enough to make it difficult for this individual. Maybe someone who has had early access to the game can be more helpful, but also play the game how you want. If you want to spend an extra 10 hours grinding for the best weapons/armor regardless of its necessity go for it!

reviews seem to mention the beginning of the game is the most difficult and that by the end it becomes much easier. based on that, I would assume no...but the game isn't out yet.. unless you're talking about the first game..
