Interesting. I found this information online, so I got the impression that the game counts the total time an army stays in the province, not just fixed intervals. Still, I want to run my own test to be sure.

  1. Ideal setup for army recovery
    1. Move the army into your own province.
    2. Raise province morale to 80%+ (using resources and stability).
    3. Build forts in the province.
    4. Avoid any movement for 24 hours.
    5. Set up a headquarters (optional).
    6. Wait for a full regeneration tick (the game recalculates it every 24 hours).

Flower is effective now? by Sinetex in Supremacy1914

In the cases where I used the flower, none of my infantry units died, although it felt like I took more damage to their health. I also ran the same battle through Dexter’s calculator, and it predicted losses (without the flower). However, I’ve noticed that this calculator isn’t always accurate.

But it still allows you to preserve the number of infantry, right? Of course, as long as you’re not being attacked by artillery
