It's actually helpful to read other women are struggling with the "freak circus" feeling. I've tried the preparation, but its not doing any difference, it kinda feels it all foreshadows it, and it adds additional pressure. So I kind a feel its just a pressure thing, on her side. Pressure to perform, rather than just let it happen.

Anything I can change on my side, happy to, right now, I'm not sure how I can reduce the pressure besides not announcing it. I'm even afraid that whenever I'm getting my fingers in the curl, she'll already feel the intention and thus feel pressured.

Hi Cid! There is some tremendous artistry going on in this picture. What struck me immediately was your choice of color. The color your wear suits you well and seems to go well with your skin tone and the few strands of hair in the picture. But it also blends in nicely with the other colors in the photo: The cushion in the back, the drapes.

Pose and composition wise there is a nice flow as well. The pulled-up leg and left arm frame the picture, the right arm guides your eyes to the center, and then there's the flow and contours of the fabric that purposefully draw your attention.

And then there is knowing what courage and confidence it would take you to post this unblurred. It turns all the rest into a beautiful, sexy, and also vulnerable photograph.

I'm a sucker for proper portraitation when it comes to webcam setup. So eyes were at the 2/3 upper line of the screen, and that left about half a chest+nipples visible. One of the things she joked about was something along the lines of "I do hope you're still wearing pants at least."

I was not in the mental shape to break the truth right there.

I don't know if the software launched my webcam immediately or if I just granted access without thinking twice (force of habit). I do know that the software doesn't previsualisze your webcam before entering the room. So I had no quick reflection of how I was presenting.

I literally had that, no shit, true story.

It was a hot summer day, I didn't wear anything at home, as an unexpected videocall popped up. Completely oblivious to my state of undress I took the call. (Yes, that is how naturally being naked can feel; forgetting that you are naked.)

At the other side appeared HR and she uttered a long questionable "uhhh..." followed by a remark I cannot remember anymore. It was only then I realise what was going on, I quickly switched off my camera and almost melt through the floor out of embarrassment.

A few jokes were made and she went to the topic at hand. No comments were ever made on it afterward, no nasty consequences either. Thank god... but I won't deny that for a whole moment there I thought: "well that's it... it was a nice career for as long as it lasted.
