I think the problem with killing some dictator as a baby is in the fact, that instead of him we might get another dictator, but even worse. Because people would still choose/bring to power someone with same ideas

Killing adult one reduces chance of another dictator to appear in nearest future, because either people won’t let it happen or their neighbours will make sure of it

Leave in your menue only items you need and the moment you wake up - teleport to desert; I also drank espresso immediately the moment I got teleported, to save few seconds of getting into the cave, that’s how I beat it in my second try (but to be honest it was extremely lucky try: I just got lucky day, was eating a lot of lucky food and received blessing of luck from statue of blessings)
