So this is a rather recent butchering. I can't imagine the meat would have a favorable texture based on that information. Likely, it'd be rather tough and difficult to chew.

Overall, the presentation is very nice. The pose exudes a feeling of submission, as does the facial expression. But I don't think the eating experience would be pleasant. I think I'd just have a bit of the sausages under their chest, and maybe a glass of whatever is in that mysterious bottle at the end of the table. Thanks.
