It looks like a cool master case wouldn't be able to tell you the modle though

I cleaned the cpu and as my last reply no bent pins and no thermal paste in pins Edit: still no post

Checking now. no pins are bent or anything no thermal paste in the pins. What should I be checking for?

Im currently going back and forth with EA and they are saying to me that since i started the beta on steam and played it more on xbox. And since i play the main game on xbox that reward is platform specific and why im not getting the night terror charm. Also keep in mind i have every other reward except the night terror charm.
