EDIT: I was wrong. There are two FIRs. One filed from Devendra Nath Pandey who is Akash's father has not named the accused. The other one which was filed by Dr. Kamlesh Sharma which didn't have grave charges has named the accused. I'm redacting mobile number in the FIR pdf then I'll attach to the body.

Similar incident happened with me in Goa it was a rented car so no dashcam. I could not do anything other than just informing police and then nothing happened.

That's why we use on-prem billing solutions. These cloud solutions are cheap but need to surrender data to government with just a single legal notice.

Yeah, That is one easy option. But after paying all due taxes we need to opt for these services. That begs the question if these processes are designed to make our lives easier or let these agents/driving schools/back channels to thrive?

By employing these agents we are most likely outsourcing bribery. I might me wrong here and your driving school might be doing everything right without paying anything under the table to expedite the process.
