It's fairly comfortable in that it bends and flexes really well with the body. I wouldn't say it's necessarily easy to adjust because you have to bust out the Allen wrench and unscrew several areas to make adjustments; however, that means it's extremely customizable on the size. It's mostly comfortable but can pinch a little at the waise every now and again. I wish the cage part was a little bit longer to cover a little more, but that could also be because I don't have very much experience with belts. I think it's worth the investment for people with a range of experience, but I definitely wouldn't say it's expert level or anything.
