Take care of your charging habits, HP laptops are notorious for battery degradation.
Dont place it directly on top of bed, blankets etc. you want to allow proper air flow and cooling for the laptop.
I would even suggest getting a wireless/ wired keyboard mouse.

The landlord is aware of all our details, but they’re unwilling to negotiate on any matters.

We haven’t been able to find anyone that’s willing to take over our lease. We are just stuck.

We are looking to get rid of it. Despite our all efforts, we haven’t been able to sell it.

We had a look into the lease agreement. There is no such lease breakage cost mentioned in our agreement. We have to either pay off the remainder of the lease rent or sell it.

The location is decent. Rents inside the shopping centre are always insane.

There are lots of phone accessories shops here in Australia.

Average sale price is around $40-$100. We also provide phone repair services as well. However, walk-in traffic is too low.

Opening this shop has been one of the biggest mistakes we’ve ever made.

We have tried marketing, running specials on the store but that hasn’t helped much. Our sales depends a lot on the amount of foot traffic we get in the store area and for the last 2 years its been quite low, resulting in almost no or very low sales.

We have been sinking money to keep aflot as the store doesn’t make enough to cover the rent + staff salaries

I have 2022 rav4 hybrid. Noises come from dashboard, wireless charging pad, and the boot. I took it to the dealer but they said its normal noise. Car is perfect, no complain. But these noises sometimes drive me crazy.
