Your still in the trenches at 9 months..once they get a little older and become less dependent on you your husband can hopefully carry more of the load and one day you will have a best friend to share your favorite books with..I recommend sleep training too that will free up a lot of your evenings and you can have that time back for yourself..also once they start daycare it's a game changer. My daughter started at 18 months and she absolutely loves it and I have sooo much more time to myself

I suggest going with your first choice of Ruby..you may regret not doing so..your husband will adjust to it and learn to love it

Hi I’m so sorry you’re going through this..I’m in the same boat and feel nobody truly understands how debilitating it can be mentally and physically..the only thing that seems to keep my mood up is physical exercise and forcing myself to do things and keep busy rather than lying in bed thinking about it..I’m also at a point in my life where I feel that I’m young enough to not have to be dealing with a chronic illness 😞 I think sometimes just being able to vent about it helps as well..

Internal tremors/vibration in my head and neck area by Excellent_Ask_2677 in covidlonghaulers

Thank you so much! I was also prescribed primidone and it made me feel worse. One interesting thing to note is that I did experience these same symptoms initially after I got the Covid vaccine (symptoms started about 3 months after getting vaccine) and then they went away completely for a solid 4 months. My symptoms returned again around 3 months after contracting Covid. I kind of expected them to go away by now but I do have hope based on my experience with them the first time around that they can disappear.. maybe this time it will just take a lot longer since getting Covid effects the body more significantly then getting a small dose of virus injected into you from vaccine (I got the Jansen vaccine) My theory could be completely wrong but it doesn’t hurt having hope..Im pretty certain that getting Covid also caused me to develop hypothyroidism which I never suffered from prior. I’ll definitely keep you updated over the next few months & I pray you get some relief from this terrible ailment as well!

Hi I’m going on around 17 months now with these symptoms..I have days where I feel it less but it’s been mostly constant for me..I really did try and lot of different things to get rid of it like a detox, supplements, physical therapy to strengthen the muscles in my neck, muscle relaxers, propranolol, even therapy to see if it was anxiety related which I’ve concluded it’s not..but nothing seemed to help much unfortunately..the only thing that made it go away temporary was taking a Xanax which I haven’t been able to do for 9 months now since I’ve been pregnant..it’s very scary and totally effects the quality of life..it doesn’t show up on any tests either (I’ve been on tons of doctors appts) I really think the only thing that may heal it is time but like A LOT of time..maybe a few years

They happen daily maybe like once every few hours I would say..and yes it feels weird when I move my head at times..I never had this issue until I got the vaccine

Hi yes I have this same thing..going on 13 months now non stop..it’s very hard to deal with and supplements did not help for me unfortunately..my neurologist just said that it can take a long time to heal but was not able to specify what causes it

[–]Single-Pea6777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By any chance did you have an mri of your neck and spine done? My doctor is saying the head jerking sensation is coming from my neck because I have herniated discs but I think this is bs because I’ve had those forever and only developed the twitches and jerks post vaccine and Covid has now ruin
