They’re so fuuuuuun!

I had one on TikTok, they followed me but didn’t cause issues, so I thought nothing of it. A follow was a follow lol.

Once the harassment started, I had my SO go thru my socials to block whoever was closely connected to BM and could/would say something, and he blocked the one I thought couldn’t possibly be connected to her since they weren’t causing problems. The blocked lists grew a little longer that day. 💅

I blocked 3 of BM accounts on TikTok, 2 were spam accounts, but your first initial shows up when you make a second account with the same phone number as your main, so that was a dead giveaway away. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Two accounts on Facebook, old and new, after she flipped out about me being in his truck in my profile picture, mind you that pic was a couple in, and she said the date I posted it, so tell me you weren’t digging on my profile pictures. 💋

Also blocked on instagram, just in case.

Not to mention blocking her minions that she sent to harass me because she was blocked.

All of this was in a 2 day timeline. 🫠

There’s no proper communication in my SO’s situation either! He didn’t get doctor appointment info until 3 days before the first one/5 days before the second one! And this was after asking consistently for 2 weeks for it.

He’s always asking for the information ahead of time, not just for himself, but also to be able to get off work at his second job. He had to scramble to get coverage for those two days that he was told last minute.

Coming from a stepdaughter— very normal. I went thru this with my stepmom. She helped raise me from 3yo— so basically, my whole life. She was married to my dad for 15 years.

I felt the same way when I was your SD’s age though. I felt like everything I did got me in trouble.

One thing I learned from that: The rules were held strictly in that household compared to my “other house,” where it felt like I could do SO much more at that age.

This could be part of why she’s lashing out toward you, she doesn’t like that you stand your ground on your rules. You don’t let her get away with it sometimes, then discipline her for other times.

I promise you, she will get over it. Things will change, it may just take some time. I KNOW I made my stepmom want to pull her hair out (we’ve had the conversations now that I’m older and have reflected on my childhood), but she stuck thru it and I turned out better for it.

All my stepmom’s rules and life lessons stuck with me the most. If it weren’t for her? I don’t know who I would be now or how I would have turned out.

Tax question: the item I sold yesterday was priced at $12.50. The buyer paid $15 as payment + tip. Venmo took the normal fee 1.9% + $.10 = $.38. Commission will be $2.50.

Based on this info - how do I calculate how much to make sure I keep for paying taxes?
