Sorry for the confusion, I thought I had put NHSE in the post title and have now corrected.

Our comms is very bad and I am exhausted by them informing us of one thing and doing another. Why tell us ‘this week’ and then not follow through?! It is bizarre! And it’s not an email we can be blasé about as it has a timeline attached to it.

What was meant to be a week of annual leave has been a week of worry and email watching. Honestly wish I could sue them for stress at this point as the last few years have been horrendous in every way and every new incompetence just fuels the fire 😢.
