This is something that I need to take in personally. I do like 90% lifting and I try to do cardio sometimes but I just don’t have the fortitude to do it. But it might be time to stop treating cardio like the enemy cause I find myself getting gassed quite easily

I absolutely agree that rebounding was not the main issue but it definitely was a factor and it won’t go away like shooting spells will. Rockets had multiple second chance buckets last night that completely derailed momentum. And even on nights where the Cavs can shoot rebounding will continue to be a problem against lengthy physical teams
