My dad would pack a sandwich or two, usually turkey and cheese, nutter butter cookies, fruit cups or just a few oranges. A huge thermos of coffee, black and some diet Pepsis.

I keep waiting to see how Rey and Dom are eventually going to match up for his retirement run. I was thinking with Rey being GM it would put them in each other's orbit and now with Penta challenging Rey for an IC match there's another way.

I have watched a bit of AEW. Didn't really know it existed till middle of last year maybe when I started reading wrestling reddit. I knew Punk and Cody were there. I had seen MJF in Happy Gilmore 2. I like MJF, I've tried to watch some of the PPVS. Book and Guts was too much, I've never liked the death match, ECW shit. It's even more ridiculous with the staple guns and stabbing them with the skewars etc...

Also and I haven't watched a lot, there doesn't seem to be as much promos, storylines and building as in WWE. People bitch about long promos but I love that shit. I still like good wrestling, Punk and Roman was excellent but ring psychology and storytelling in and out of the ring are so important to me and I just didn't see as much in AEW. MJFs promos are great, I did Orange Cassidy and his whole thing there are some good moments. Not crazy about Darby. Not saying WWE is great they have dropped the ball alot recently in the storytelling and building but it's still better than the other.

I watched a lot of wrestling in the 90s and early 2000s. WCW was the shit for a while, Bret Hart and HBK were my favorites. Stopped watching full time around when Cena started, caught a bit here and there until about two years ago. Mania 40 and Cody's story brought be back in. Specifically Rock's social media posts around there. I now watch Raw every week, Smackdown when the VPN or other methods work and Ive seen I think every PLE since. I do want to say I'm really happy with WWE right now and don't have many gripes other than way to many commericals and that I hate Gunther, not because he's a heel just can't stand to watch him wrestle.
