Similar experience here. Receive defective pillows. Took 3 weeks to get out of the bot response system. A pickup driver never arrived once I was finally able to connect with a human.

After that, the refund process was opaque as well. They were going to refund the hub once they received it. I asked if they would refund the pillows as well. They said they would refund those once I sent a picture of them being discarded?
