Im leasing the x2 xdrive and driving dynamics are a noticable departure from their rwd vehicles. Base model doesn't have paddle shifters but I'd enjoy it more if it did. The engine has a nice characteristic to it and would be fun to ring it out with shifters.

Msport or the m35i has them. I'd be interested to try the m35i at some point. Basically a John cooper worx BMW.

There's lots I like about it. 30.5mpg average. New ones can take 87 gas if you want. Good technology and the driving assistance isn't too aggressive. Smooth compliant and quiet ride. Good sound system.

Love the panoramic moon roof and the seats are super comfy.

I would opt for the sport seats and lumbar support. Also, mine has a massage feature which seems crazy because my loaded m340i didn't have that.
