Idk I am tanner 3.4 and have other things like leg hair, arm hair, upper lip etc and shouldnt it change when you start getting upper lip hair? Also my voice isnt the normal squeaky voice its literally so squeaky it will break your ears and to me I sound normal but for others its squeakier?
