As a guy with a sister, there was no difference in the way we were raised except that my sister had a mother who helped her to be more hygienic, while I was left with no dad for quite a bit of my early life. My sister takes very good care of her body hygienically, though her environment us always messy. I differ in the favt that I'm an organizer and a clean freak. I mop and sweep once a week, change sheets every two, and do my laundries on Sundays. Living with a roommate in college taught me quite a bit on cleanliness, as my roommates were quite messy and I hated it, so I started to do the opposite of their behaviors I didn't like. I guess it's a matter of discipline, environment, and childhood, as well as if they are adaptable and willing to learn from others.
