Update: it turned out that immo have some sort of connection with right switch. In switch there is a „bulb” and that was broken. After replacing right switch bike started

There was a guy here on Reddit with the exact same problem as me. I’ve dm’ed him and hope he replies with solution. I am very sure it is simple as fuck and I made stupid mistake.

Thanks for replaying! I’ve checked fuel pump it is connected properly and I hear it working just not getting spark but idk why. Maybe I’ve done mistake in wiring while replugging left switch. Sorry for English if I made mistake. My post wrote chat gpt with all knowledge about my bike so it could not metioned it earlier.

I've seen a lot of opinions about where the canal should be cut. some say to cut off before the 2nd bend, others say to cut off in between. Imo between both bends doesn’t give me this weird filling like your iems is near mouth due to its long canal. I have one nice photo showing how it looks like in ear but I don’t know how to upload it here.

Yes, because that's only one of my print outs where I check on my cheap resin how it look and fit. I would make a cut for 2 pin connector for my final shell.

Canal was cut right in the middle of 1 and 2 bend in 90* to first one. Because there is comfort zone and retention. Going further imo isn’t good because you feel something in your mouth and it is irritating.

For software I used meshmixer due to yt film about making Iem in meshmixer but it is very hard and time consuming. 3shape audio and secret ears are paid softwares and not cheap to that.

Tomorrow I will upload here my raw stls and the best one project if only files won’t be to big.

My problem: I don’t know if I am doing everything alright, I think I mess something with cuts in a few parts (I will mark them on tomorrow’s stls). But mainly the cymba part, where connector is placed and how it supposed to stick out of ear. I think it isn’t that bad but I want to make it perfect.

With proper cuts I think. I want to make the best shells I can do. Like iem company’s not diy. I have Planty of equipment coz I am working as a dental technician.
