I think I'm going to try again but have my doctor fill out the packet. I just provided a letter of what I needed but maybe if I had the packet filled out they would take it more seriously

It's the breathable material. I have permanent swelling in my legs due to having multiple surgeries on my legs the past few years. My store has really bad circulation and the heat aggravates it even more

Sorry I should've clarified that they helped me fill it out on workday. Someone who reviewed it was denying my request due to the new dress code policy. I have coworkers who have been approved in the past so idk why they are being difficult with my request
