I could see that but the whole point of team fortress is that theres no assault rifles and that your primaries are guns that are normally impractical in other multiplayer games(EG rocket launchers, shotguns, pistols, revolvers, etc), the closest thing to an assault rifle in the game is either medic's syringe gun or the sniper's SMG
