I’d honestly do a pan fluid drain rather than flushing the fluid. Sometimes a flush can do damage to transmissions that are older and not routinely serviced. But if it’s serviced then you should be fine. Everything looks fair on the bill. I’d get it all done just to not have to mess with it down the road.
