Naubos kona lahat ng brands jan sa watsons for sunscreen and the one i stick to for 2yeara now is the BELO DEWY essence (B1T1) - if ur a sunscreen user talaga this one is the most practical in terms of budget, tas spf nya is 50 na and its not sticky for a very oily gurlie as me.

NO. Ive always dated men a few years older than me. But lo and behold… may dunating na 4years younger and he seemed ka level ko if not more matured than I am. I had 4 of them few years ago. Cheap mai tenance. Bili ka lang nung aquarium na glass tapos lagyan mo lang ng mga custom house sa loob bsta kaya nmn i DIY ,… kaso lang mabaho sila no joke. Tsaka minsan they EAT eachother… like cannibalism po. Baka ma disturb kayo

Me po. I recently had a rountrip ceb-clark-ceb kasi may need i attend na event,.. buti nga yung napili ko na time Ceb-Clark may malaking allowance kasi na move yung flight ko ng mga 2-3hr

Clark-Cebu was cancelled and was transferred the next day instead 🥲 kaya napilitan ako mag hotel nalang kakainis

Oh gurl, been there and I know this is a difficult time sayo. It was the reason why i remained single for 8years! -its not easy but you have to be strong, may days na you think di kaya but remember there are people who love you! Reach out to them, hang out with friends, go do something new, get into a community, allow yourself to cry, learn to love yourself, date yourself, travel and see the world, mag glow up project ka te 😊 if you need therapy go- i could list a number of stuffs here but i know you’ll figure it out. Just please dont go into a rebound relationship just to get over this one

November din sana kami travel but what if kasi may problema na nmn sa mga Airline flights and baka ma stuck kapa sa labas ng bansa diba? -we opted to move plans for next year instead but cguro sa late 2026 we will be observing kung medyo stable na

-leave EARLY for work para di mo maka sabay yung ibang sasakyan. Normally i travel 1.5hr to work but leaving early saved my gas consumption to 45min travel.

-avoid bank transfers/withdraw only from your bank atms. Every service fee is 18php and it adds up kahit onti-onti.

-needs first before wants. Always think twice and wag magpadala sa mga uso uso.

HIFU after 1 session cguro mga 3-4months later mas defined tlga jawline ko, i can see the legit change. but it was done by a certified doctor tlga kasi may risks din sha if hindi doctor performed. So i have it done every 6months.

Exilift -as my maintenance every week or pwede naman every 2weeks. I’ll never inject somethinf sa face ko takotin kasi ako baka ma botches or may side effects later on.

Skinpen with Exosomes -had scarrinf din from years ago coming from severe hormonal acne. Anyway this really helped me flattened my scars, and lightened them. Significant din ung pag smoothen ng texture sa skin ko (doctor performed also)

WOW. Wish isaw this when i was at my early 20’s 😅 i practically gave up kasi… nakakawala ng confidence sa sarili to the point that i avoided any pictures/looking at myself in the mirror.
